As the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industry, known as military technology, became commercially available, the conventional anti-technology cannot be applied. The need for research on a new anti-UAV technology is increased. In this paper, we propose a detection algorithm for the unmanned aerial vehicle system using acoustic sensors. The proposed approach relies on a logistic regression model, which utilizes the cepstrum of the acoustic signals of UAV. The proposed model is verified with real measurement data, which shows that the mean area under ROC curve (AUC) of the proposed model is 0.9066.
